The restaurant serves globally-influenced small plates from the open grill, raw bar, and traditional kitchen. As of November 2016, SUGARCANE raw bar grill’s celebrated culinary concepts has arrived in Sin City, located on Restaurant Row at The Venetian® Las Vegas. Join us as we serve up SUGARCANE raw bar grill favorites alongside brand new dishes from award-winning Executive Chef and Partner Timon Balloo and Las Vegas Executive Chef Ryan Nuqui. With its hip, upbeat Italian vibe, lively bocce court and fresh take on cooking inspired by the classic markets throughout Italy, Bocce features an exposed kitchen and wood-fired pizza oven. Salvaged antique mosaic tile floors, vintage mirrors, exposed wooden beams – the design sets a sumptuous mood. Pasta-making classes in Il Tavolino (our intimate private dining room), wine tastings and “aperitivi hour” on the lush front patio courtside – there’s always something special cooking at Bocce.
